ISOLATION AND STANDARDIZATION OF GLYCYRRHIZIC ACID FROM LICORICE DRY EXTRACTS

چکیده

This article provides research to optimization of obtaining glycyrrhizic acid from dry extracts the licorice roots.Acid isolation was carried out two types extracts: 50% alcohol extract and aqueous extract.Glycyrrhizaglabra is a perennial plant, which can grow in various climatic conditions, including hot regions Kazakhstan. Stocks Kazakhstan are quite extensive estimated at several thousand tons per year. Many scientific researches have been undertaken conjunction with COVID-19 pandemic, because it discovered that roots help treat serious viral infections, SARS-Cov-2. The purpose this work improvement way get its pure form, since, having large reserves initial plant materials using technology, possible increase production acid, demand for whole world growing every Licorice (Glycyrrhiza glabra L.) collected Almaty region were used as raw materials. Standardization compound determined high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) andIR-spectra on FT-IR spectrometer database includes more than forty-six spectra.
